Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we want to give you ample time to decide if our products meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of our inventory management, we cannot accept returns beyond 30 days.

Condition

Products should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in the same condition as you received them. This ensures that the next customer gets a fresh, high-quality product just as you did.

Exclusions

Personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Due to their customized nature, personalized items cannot be resold. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are considered a final purchase and cannot be refunded.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The inspection ensures that the item meets our return conditions. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed and the refund is issued.

Refund Method

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation without additional cost.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item on our Shopify store. This approach ensures you receive the new item quickly, as stock availability can change.
